By using PrismaX, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use (EULA) linked above.

PrismaX ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application PrismaX (the "App"). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the App.

        Important:
        PrismaX does not send your personal data, photos, videos, face-related data, prompts, or creative content to any third-party AI service providers. AI-related processing is performed only on your device or on servers we operate and control. We do not use your content for third-party AI model training or external AI inference unrelated to providing the service you request, except as expressly stated in this policy.
    

In-app notice: Before you upload photos or use AI features, you should know that we process images on your device or on our own services (for example, services provided via api.streamflowai.store). We do not send your photos, face data, or prompts to third-party AI services such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. By uploading or generating content, you consent to processing as described in this Privacy Policy.

Face Data Summary

Our App may process images that contain facial information for AI image and video features you request. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 1.2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 3 (Data Sharing and Disclosure), Section 4 (Data Security), Section 5 (Your Rights and Choices), and Section 8 (Data Retention).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Media content: You may upload, create, or edit photos and videos. Such content (which may include faces) is processed only on your device or on our own servers—we do not send your photos to any third-party AI service to generate results.
Account and identity: We may collect anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers related to use of the App (such as device identifiers and session tokens) to provide the service and verify subscription or credit status.

1.2 Face Data

When you use AI image, AI video, or other features that may involve human faces, the App may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face-related data only as follows:

What we collect: Images you upload or capture that may contain your face or the face of others, solely to provide the features you request.
How we use it: Face-related data is used only to perform the AI features you request. We do not use it for identification, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the service.
Disclosure and sharing: We do not share or disclose face data with any third parties. Face-related processing occurs only on your device or on our own servers.
Storage: Face-related data, as part of uploaded images, is stored on our own servers only when necessary for processing. It is not stored on or transmitted to third-party AI providers.
Retention: Face-related data is processed temporarily. When processed on our servers, it is automatically deleted within 7 calendar days after processing completion. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 5.2); we will process such requests within 30 days.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

Device information: Device model, operating system version, language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFV), and similar data to ensure functionality and security.
Usage data: Feature usage, crash reports, and performance data to improve stability and experience.
Advertising and attribution (with your permission): Where applicable, we may request access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework for advertising measurement and attribution; you can manage these permissions in system settings.
Meta (Facebook) SDK: We may integrate the Meta SDK for app events (such as install, launch, and registration completion) and, when authorized, advertising-related settings. This SDK is not used to receive photos, face data, or prompts that you provide for AI features, and we do not send such user content to Meta for AI processing.
Payments: Subscriptions and credits are completed through Apple In-App Purchase. Sensitive payment details such as full card numbers are handled by Apple; we do not collect or store your complete payment card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use information to: provide and improve our services; process your creative requests; verify accounts, subscriptions, and credits; send technical notices and support messages; monitor and analyze use to improve security and performance; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 No Third-Party AI for User Content

PrismaX does not provide your user content (photos, images containing faces, prompts, etc.) to any third-party AI service for generation or inference. We do not share face data or user-generated media with third-party AI providers for AI features.

3.2 Service Providers

We may engage third parties to assist us in the following capacities (such parties must meet confidentiality and security obligations): cloud hosting and CDN; analytics and crash reporting (often aggregated or de-identified); and advertising or attribution tools such as Meta, where authorized (they do not receive user media content used for AI features).

3.3 Legal and Business

We may disclose information when required by law or in response to lawful requests. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will require any successor to honor this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encrypted transmission and access controls) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Correction

You may contact us to access or correct personal information about you, where applicable law allows.

5.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of personal information related to you (including face data and copies of uploaded media processed on our systems) by emailing [email protected]. We will respond as permitted by law, typically within 30 days.

5.3 Subscriptions and Purchases

Auto-renewable subscriptions and credit purchases are priced and described in the App and on the App Store. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Your use is also governed by the EULA.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

7. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the App, you understand and consent to such transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Face data and media: Images or videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 calendar days after processing completion. You may also request deletion under Section 5.2 at any time; we will process such requests within 30 days.

We may retain minimal technical logs as needed for system security and stability, only for a reasonable period.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last Updated" date. Please review this page periodically.
